My tips & tricks

Life with a baby is BUSY and one thing that I learned quickly is that regardless of how busy I am, I still have to make time to take good care of myself. The key to staying healthy is eating well, even when you're a mom on the go. With a million things to do each day, it's easy to skip meals or "forget" to eat. But that really isn't an option for me since I am nursing Sienna, I need the extra calories and nutrients for her as well as myself. One thing that has really helped me stay on the right track is yummy snacks. If I know that I have a busy day ahead of me, I take a snack pack in my bag with me to munch on between meals.
