Weekend fun

Sienna's very first taste of food... gelato!

She LOVED it!
Then, a few sips of cold water...

She thought the birds were hilarious :)

Her first time watching a kite fly...

She was having so much fun!

Then it almost attacked us...

This was the coolest kite I've ever seen.

"Mom, you didn't forget my toy, did you?

"What! You did?"

" But Mom, I miss my toy."

"YAY! You found it! Thanks Mama!"

"Nom, nom, nom!"

One day...

I often find myself daydreaming about all of the fun years to come for my little family. I mostly think about all of the things I hope to give Sienna...
A big yard with a tall tree to swing from
A family with lots of animals- cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, pigs... a goat, why not?
A kickass tree house or play house, made by her Papa
A beautiful garden to grow her own fruits, veggies and flowers

I have a beautiful picture in my mind, that I see over and over again, sometimes I dream about it. It's so clear that I can feel it, hear it, even smell it. It's my number one goal to bring that picture to life for Sienna and any future little ones.

One day I hope to peek out of my window to see my children swinging from their tree, running wildly with their animals, having the best time at home with their family.

Happy Valentine's day!

I love Valentine's Day! But I like it simple. This morning Sienna and I made breakfast for Daddy and enjoyed a cup of coffee and some cuddle time before he left for work. Isaac got me flowers which always makes my day, good job Hubster :) I snapped a few pictures of the munchkin for Papa and when she wakes up from her nap we're going to make a card for him. We don't have any fancy plans for tonight, just a home cooked meal- steak fajitas, a bottle of wine and a walk to a snazzy dessert shop down the street.

Whether you're getting all dolled up and going out on the town tonight or cuddling on the couch,
I hope you all have a fantastic Valentine's Day!

My growing girl

Sienna is growing so fast!
The only things that haven't grown much are her teeny feet!

Maybe that's why it took so long for her to finally discover them!

And... she's sitting up! I always sit close by because she still throws herself backwards when she gets really excited. Seeing her sit up on her own makes me so proud of my big girl, but a little sad that she's a big girl now. Where did my little baby go?

She has the best little neck, I love kissing it over and over!
